1 / 12The Swiben ZNCL-BS is a magnetic hotplate stirrer that combines heating and stirring on a single 140mm plate. An LED digital display shows both target and actual speed and temperature, with independent digital adjustment for each setting.
The unit heats from room temperature up to 380°C and stirs across a 50–2000 r/min range, driven by a 40W DC motor. A ceramic-coated stainless steel plate sits within a fully enclosed alloy casing for heat resistance and dissipation.
It is intended for laboratory and extraction-lab workflows that require simultaneous controlled heating and mixing of liquids in beakers and flasks.
A rotating magnetic field beneath the plate spins a stir bar in the vessel, while a PID-based controller regulates the ceramic-coated heating surface. An external temperature sensor feeds back to the controller to hold accuracy within ±1°C, and hardware and software over-temperature protection guard against overheating.
