The Huxi HMS-4G is a four-position laboratory hotplate stirrer offered in single-row and double-row layouts. Each position has independent controls, so multiple vessels can be stirred and heated at the same time. The source specifications list a maximum stirring volume of 10 liters per position, a 50–2000 rpm speed range, and temperature control from room temperature plus 5°C to 160°C. Both listed layouts require 220V 50/60Hz power.
The unit combines thermal heating surfaces with integrated magnetic drive mechanisms. Rotating magnetic fields inside the base couple with stir bars placed inside each vessel to drive fluid mixing, while the integrated hotplate elements regulate surface temperatures from ambient plus five degrees Celsius up to 160 degrees Celsius.
