The MTST ZNCL-T-5L is a benchtop heating mantle that combines flask heating with magnetic stirring in a single unit. It accepts 5L round-bottom flasks and provides temperature control from room temperature up to 380°C with ±1°C accuracy.
With 1100W of heating power, the unit is sized for small-scale distillation, decarboxylation, and reaction work. Intelligent temperature control and integrated stirring make it suited to compact processing setups that need contained heating of flask-based contents.
The mantle is rated for continuous operation beyond 8 hours and uses Cr20Ni80 furnace wire with E-glass fiber insulation able to withstand 450°C.
A Cr20Ni80 resistance heating element surrounds the lower contour of the flask while a magnetic stirrer drives a stir bar inside the vessel, providing simultaneous heating and mixing. Intelligent control regulates the set temperature to within ±1°C.
