1 / 2Model: TGYF-C-0.25L
Stainless steel stirred autoclave combining mechanical agitation, electric heating, and high-pressure reaction up to 22 MPa for lab synthesis.
This equipment is sold for lawful use only. Buyer is responsible for compliance with all applicable regulations.
The Swiben TGYF-C is a stainless steel (SS304L) high-pressure stirred reactor that integrates mechanical agitation, electric heating, and a sealed pressure vessel in a single unit. It is built around a static sealing structure intended to keep the reaction medium and stirring components fully enclosed during operation.
The system is configured for small-scale reaction work and includes a DC stirring motor, a pressure gauge, an explosion-proof element, an intake valve, a sampling valve, and a temperature probe. Stirring speed and temperature are shown on an LCD display with button-based parameter adjustment.
The reactor body separates quickly from the heater, allowing the vessel to be cooled after a run. It is aimed at universities, research groups, and laboratories performing organic synthesis, hydrothermal, and related chemistry.
The vessel is sealed by tightening a main nut that presses gasket or tapered/arc contact sealing surfaces together, isolating the contents under pressure. Electric heating raises the contents to the working temperature under PID control while the DC motor drives the internal stirrer, and pressure is monitored on the gauge up to the rated limit. After the reaction, the vessel is allowed to cool before the lid is opened.
