1 / 16The ZZKD FCF series is a magnetically stirred autoclave reactor built for chemical reactions and mixing under high pressure, vacuum, and elevated temperature. It supports gas-liquid, liquid-liquid, liquid-solid, and gas-liquid-solid phase processes where strong mass and heat transfer are required.
The reactor uses a static sealing structure with a magnetic coupling between the agitator and the motor drive, replacing dynamic seals so the media and mixing components operate in a sealed environment. This design suits work with flammable, explosive, toxic, or penetrating media.
The FCF line is offered across a 10-100L capacity range and is intended for laboratory use in chemical synthesis, polymer, petroleum, and related processing work.
A motor drives the agitator through a magnetic coupling rather than a packed shaft seal. The static seal isolates the reaction media inside the vessel, allowing stirring under pressure and heat without a rotating shaft penetration. Temperature is controlled to within ±1°C, and stirring speed is adjustable from 50 to 600 r/min.
