1 / 13The MTST TGYF-C is a compact high-pressure reactor (autoclave) that integrates stirring, heating, and pressurized reaction in a single benchtop unit. The wetted vessel is SS304, with a static sealing structure intended to keep the reaction medium and stirring components fully enclosed.
The unit is offered in vessel volumes from 50 ml to 500 ml and is rated for a design temperature of 350°C and a pressure range of 0–22 MPa. An LCD displays stirring speed and temperature, with button-based parameter adjustment.
It is suited to research and teaching environments handling reactive, flammable, toxic, or penetrating chemical media that benefit from a leak-resistant sealed reaction vessel.
The vessel is sealed by tightening the main nut against a gasket or matched tapered/arc sealing surfaces to form a static seal. A magnetic heating mantle raises vessel temperature while a DC motor drives magnetically coupled stirring, allowing the contents to remain enclosed during reaction. Pressure and temperature are monitored through an integrated gauge and temperature probe, and the vessel can be separated from the heater for cooling.
