The ZZKD high pressure reactor is a 1000ml (1L) autoclave-style vessel built from SS304 stainless steel for pressurized chemical reactions and hydrothermal synthesis. It is rated for pressures from 0 to 22MPa and a design temperature up to 220°C.
The 1L working volume suits pilot-scale batch work such as process development, catalyst testing, and scale-up studies. It is intended for extraction, materials science, and general synthesis labs that require controlled high-pressure conditions.
Heating is provided by a magnetic heating mantle rated at 1.5kW, and the unit uses a static sealing structure to maintain pressure integrity during operation.
Reactants are loaded into the sealed SS304 vessel, which is closed with a static sealing structure to contain pressure. The magnetic heating mantle raises the contents to the target temperature, while internal pressure builds according to the reaction and temperature, up to the rated 22MPa. The stirring system operates at speeds up to 1800 r/min to keep the contents mixed during the reaction.
