1 / 11The MTST high pressure reactor is a 100ml stirred autoclave that combines mechanical stirring, heating, and pressurized reaction in a single compact unit. The vessel is constructed from SS304 stainless steel with a static sealing structure designed to keep the reaction medium and stirring components fully enclosed.
The unit is rated for a maximum working pressure of 22 MPa and a design temperature of 220°C, with stirring speeds up to 1800 r/min. An LCD displays stirring speed and temperature, and parameters are set through button adjustment.
This reactor is suited to research labs running small-scale hydrothermal synthesis and chemical reaction tests, including work at universities, environmental and biochemical labs, and other scientific research settings.
Material is loaded into the SS304 vessel, which is sealed by tightening the main nut against the lid sealing surface to form a static seal. A magnetic heating mantle raises the medium temperature under PID control while an internal stirrer driven by a DC motor mixes the contents. The vessel reaches its rated pressure during the reaction, with a pressure gauge, explosion-proof device, intake valve, sampling valve, and temperature probe supporting controlled operation. After the reaction the vessel cools and can be separated from the heater for faster cooldown.
100ml SS304 high-pressure stirred autoclave rated to 22 MPa and 220°C, with magnetic heating mantle and digital speed and temperature readout.
