1 / 15The MTST KD-HP-T is a stirred high pressure autoclave reactor built for chemical synthesis and mixing reactions that require sealed, pressurized conditions. It offers a working volume range of 50-5000ml and is configured through a touch-screen interface.
The reactor is rated for temperatures up to 600°C and pressures up to 60 MPa. Body materials can be specified as 304 or 316L stainless steel, Hastelloy, or titanium, and inner linings are available in PTFE (Teflon), quartz, PPL, or steel, allowing the unit to be matched to corrosive or sensitive media.
This is a configurable, non-standard system. Volume, temperature, pressure, material, lining, and voltage can be specified to suit a given process, and the kettle can be fitted with inlet and outlet valves, liquid extraction valves, temperature ports, and a pressure gauge.
A shaft-driven paddle agitator mixes the contents of the sealed vessel at speeds from 0 to 1000 rpm, with torque rated to 40 kg·m for viscous materials. A fully enclosed stainless steel module heater delivers 600-5500 W and holds temperature to within ±1°C using dual-channel control. A Hastelloy explosion-proof device provides automatic pressure relief, and over-temperature and over-time conditions trigger an alarm.
