Model: FCF-10L
Stainless steel high pressure stirred reactor with magnetic-coupled agitation, 1-10L capacity, up to 22 bar and 350°C.
This equipment is sold for lawful use only. Buyer is responsible for compliance with all applicable regulations.
The Swiben FCF-10L is a laboratory high pressure reactor (autoclave) built for stirred chemical reactions involving gas-liquid, liquid-liquid, liquid-solid, and gas-liquid-solid phases. Wetted parts are constructed from SS304L/SS316L stainless steel for stability under high temperature and corrosive conditions.
The unit integrates stirring, heating, and pressurized reaction in one assembly. A magnetic coupler links the motor to the agitator, replacing a dynamic shaft seal with a static seal so the medium and stirring components remain fully sealed during operation. A split design lets the reactor body separate from the heater for cooling and maintenance.
It is intended for research and process work in universities, environmental, biochemical, and scientific laboratories that require controlled high pressure stirred reactions.
The reactor vessel is sealed by tightening the main nut against a gasket or tapered-to-arc contact surface to a specified torque range (40–120 N·m). A motor drives the internal agitator through a non-contact magnetic coupler, transferring torque across a static seal to prevent leakage. Heating raises the contents to the setpoint while a temperature probe inside the vessel and an external pressure gauge monitor conditions. Inlet, sampling, and exhaust valves manage charging and venting, and an explosion-proof valve provides overpressure protection.
