This is a benchtop high-pressure autoclave reactor set built for gas-liquid, liquid-liquid, and liquid-solid reactions in a research setting. The package includes two 250ml vessels and one 500ml vessel, allowing different reaction volumes from a single platform.
The reactor integrates stirring, heating, and high-pressure containment in one unit. A static sealing structure keeps the medium and stirring components enclosed, which suits work with flammable, volatile, toxic, or penetrating chemical media. Each vessel is rated to a maximum pressure of 22 MPa.
It is intended for university labs, biochemistry, environmental, and general chemical research groups that need a compact pressurized reaction platform.
Reactants are loaded into the vessel, which is sealed by tightening the main nut to compress the gasket or tapered sealing surfaces. A magnetic heating mantle warms the vessel while a magnetically coupled stirring drive (rated to 1800 r/min) mixes the contents without a rotating shaft penetrating the seal. Pressure and temperature build inside the closed vessel, and the unit is allowed to cool naturally before the lid is opened.
