The reactors use a static sealing structure intended to keep the reaction medium and the stirring components sealed, which suits work with flammable, volatile, toxic, or penetrating chemical media. Magnetic heating-mantle heating supplies the thermal load, and stirring runs up to 1800 r/min.

Material is loaded into the SS304 vessel and the lid is sealed by symmetrically tightening the main nut to compress the gasket or tapered sealing surface. The magnetic heating mantle raises temperature under PID control while the magnetically coupled stirrer mixes the contents up to 1800 r/min. Pressure builds within the closed vessel up to its 22 MPa rating; after the reaction the vessel is cooled before the lid is opened.
