1 / 18The MTST CF-0.1L is a simple high pressure autoclave reactor built from SS304 stainless steel. It is designed to operate without its own heating element, instead being placed inside an external environment such as a constant-temperature oil or water bath, an electric drying oven, or a low-temperature tank.
The vessel is rated for a designed pressure of 0–22MPa and uses heat conduction oil heating as its intended thermal method. A bolted flat cover seals against the kettle body, making it suitable for reactions involving flammable, toxic, or chemically aggressive media.
It is intended for laboratory use in petroleum, chemical, organic synthesis, polymer, and related process work.
The reactor body connects to the flange by thread, and a flat plate cover is held against it with main bolts and nuts. Sealing is achieved either through a gasket or a tapered line-contact surface; the nuts are tightened gradually and symmetrically so the cover seats evenly. The assembled vessel is then heated externally, with the recommended heating and cooling rates kept low, and is allowed to cool to room temperature before the cover is opened.
