1 / 12The MTST CF-0.025/2 is a compact 25 ml high pressure reactor (autoclave) constructed from SS304 stainless steel. The vessel body threads into a flange and seals against a flat cover using main bolts and nuts, allowing operation under elevated pressure and temperature.
Designed for external heating, the unit can be placed in an electric blast drying oven, a constant-temperature oil or water bath, or a low-temperature tank. It supports reactions involving flammable, toxic, or chemically aggressive media in a closed, sealed environment.
This reactor is intended for laboratory chemistry and process development work where small-volume, sealed high pressure reactions are required.
The reactor uses a threaded body-to-flange connection and a flat cover sealed by main bolts and nuts compressed against a gasket or a tapered line-contact surface. Heat is supplied externally through an oil or water bath, oven, or other heat-conduction source, and temperature can be managed with a PID control system. After a reaction, the vessel is allowed to cool naturally to room temperature before the cover is opened.
