1 / 25This is a desktop high-pressure reactor (autoclave) built from SS316L stainless steel with a 500ml reaction volume. It combines mechanical stirring, heating, and pressurized reaction in a single compact unit intended for small-scale laboratory work.
The reactor is rated for a design temperature of 350°C and a maximum pressure of 22MPa. A magnetic heating mantle provides 1.5kW of heating, and the stirring system reaches up to 1800 r/min. A static sealing structure keeps the medium and mixing components fully enclosed, which suits reactions involving flammable, volatile, or toxic media.
It is aimed at research labs, universities, and process development groups that need a small reactor for gas-liquid, liquid-liquid, and liquid-solid reactions.
Reactants are loaded into the SS316L vessel, which is sealed by tightening the main nut against the gasket or tapered sealing surface. The magnetic heating mantle raises the medium to the set temperature under PID control while the magnetically coupled stirrer mixes the contents at up to 1800 r/min. Pressure builds within the closed kettle and is monitored on the pressure gauge; the static seal prevents leakage at the stirring interface. After the reaction, the vessel is cooled before the lid is opened.
Benchtop 500ml SS316L high-pressure autoclave reactor with magnetic stirring, rated to 350°C and 22MPa for small-scale chemical reactions.
