The MTST CF-0.5L is a stainless steel high pressure autoclave reactor with a 500ml internal capacity. The vessel is constructed from SS304 and is rated for pressures from 0 to 22MPa. The body connects to the flange through threading, and the flat cover seals against the body using main bolts and nuts.
This reactor is intended for external heating and can be placed in a drying oven, constant-temperature oil or water bath, or a low-temperature tank. It is suited to reactions involving flammable, toxic, or chemically aggressive media where a sealed vessel is required.
The unit is designed for use in petroleum, chemical, organic synthesis, polymer, and food-related processing work where a compact pressure vessel is needed.
The reactor body and flat cover are joined with main bolts and nuts, with the seal formed by a gasket or a tapered line-contact surface. Tightening the nuts symmetrically compresses the sealing surfaces to contain pressure. Heat is supplied externally through a conduction oil bath or oven rather than an integrated heater, and the vessel cools naturally before opening.
