ZZKD 5L stainless steel high pressure reactor rated to 22 bar and 350°C, with motor-driven stirring for pressurized synthesis and catalysis.
This equipment is sold for lawful use only. Buyer is responsible for compliance with all applicable regulations.
The ZZKD 5L high pressure reactor is an autoclave-style vessel built for pressurized reactions and hydrothermal synthesis. The reaction chamber is constructed from SS304 stainless steel, with SS316L or Hastelloy available as a customized option for more aggressive chemistries.
With a 5L working capacity, the unit suits pilot-to-production batches in applications such as hydrogenation, catalysis, and pressurized extraction. A 4 kW heating system reaches a maximum set temperature of 350°C, held to within ±1°C.
The motor-driven agitator provides stirring across a 50–600 rpm range with up to 120 N·m of torque, making it appropriate for labs running demanding, sustained reactions under pressure.
Reactants are sealed inside the stainless steel vessel, which is then heated by the 4 kW system to the set temperature while the motor-driven stirrer mixes the contents. The closed vessel allows pressure to build to a rated maximum of 22 bar, enabling reactions that require elevated temperature and pressure to proceed.
