1 / 10The MTST KD-HPM-1 is a high-pressure stirring autoclave reactor built for chemical mixing and reaction work involving aggressive media, including strong acids and alkalis. It is offered as a configurable platform with working volumes from 10 to 5000 mL, pressure ratings from -0.1 to 30 MPa, and operating temperatures up to 600°C.
The reactor body can be specified in a range of alloys such as 304, 316L, 310S, 904L, Hastelloy, and titanium, and inner linings are available in PTFE (Teflon), quartz, PPL, or steel. This flexibility lets the unit be matched to corrosive, oxidizing, or fluorinated reaction environments.
It is intended for laboratories running organic synthesis, polymerization, and other reactions that require sealed pressure containment with controlled stirring and heating.
A shaft-driven paddle, powered by a 0.10 kW brushless motor, agitates the contents at 0 to 400 rpm with up to 40 kg·m of torque, allowing it to mix viscous materials. A fully enclosed stainless steel module heater supplies up to 2500 W with ±1°C control accuracy, while a Hastelloy explosion-proof device provides overpressure relief. A programmable timer covers 0 to 999 minutes.
