The vessel uses a motor-driven stirrer with an adjustable speed range of 50–1000 r/min and a stirring torque of 120 N·cm, allowing agitation of reaction media under elevated pressure and temperature. The sealed design is intended for handling flammable, toxic, or highly penetrating media without leakage.
This unit is part of the FCF series and suits laboratory and pilot-scale work in petroleum, chemical, organic synthesis, and polymer processing. It operates on 110V/220V and weighs approximately 125 kg.
Reaction media are sealed inside the stainless steel vessel and heated electrically to the set temperature while the motor-driven stirrer agitates the contents. The closed autoclave design allows reactions to proceed under elevated pressure up to 22 MPa, with temperature held to ±1°C accuracy.
