1 / 9The MTST KD-HP-U is a high-pressure autoclave reactor that combines pressurized reaction capability with an integrated ultrasonic transducer and magnetic stirring. The transducer horn immerses directly into the liquid so acoustic energy is delivered into the reaction medium, while the sealed vessel supports operation at elevated pressure and temperature.
The system is offered as a non-standard, configurable unit. Reactor volume (50-2000mL), temperature (0-300°C), pressure (-0.1 to 50MPa), body material, voltage, and lining can be specified to suit the application. Available body materials include 304, 316L, 310s, 904L, Hastelloy, and titanium, with optional linings in PTFE, quartz, PPL, or steel.
It is intended for laboratories running pressurized, ultrasonic-assisted, or electrode-based reactions where precise temperature and pressure control are required.
The ultrasonic transducer is mounted on the sealed flange and extends into the vessel cavity, sending ultrasonic waves directly into the reaction liquid. Ultrasonic cavitation generates localized high-temperature, high-pressure microenvironments and shock effects that can promote dispersion and reaction. Magnetic stirring at 0-1500 rpm provides mixing, while an enclosed stainless steel heater holds temperature to ±1°C, and a pressure gauge with a safety relief device monitors and protects the pressurized system.
