This equipment is sold for lawful use only. Buyer is responsible for compliance with all applicable regulations.
The MTST GYY-100L is a high-temperature circulating oil bath designed to supply a thermostatic heat source to jacketed and double-layer glass reactors. It holds up to 100L of heat transfer fluid and circulates it through an external loop to maintain steady process temperatures.
Heating elements are immersed directly in the bath fluid, and a digital PID controller manages temperature setpoints. The unit can run as an oil bath from room temperature to 200°C, or as a water bath from room temperature to about 99°C. Insulation between the shell and liner helps retain heat during operation.
The vertical cabinet is mounted on casters for movement within a lab. It suits processing tasks such as concentration, distillation and reagent or sample heating in chemical, biological and analytical settings.
Electric heating tubes immersed in the bath warm the heat transfer fluid, which a stainless steel magnetic-drive pump circulates through an external loop to the connected vessel. A PID controller with solid-state relay switching adjusts heating output to hold the setpoint, while shell-to-liner insulation reduces heat loss.
