The DC-0510 is a 10-liter low-temperature thermostatic bath circulator built for laboratory temperature control. It combines a refrigeration compressor and a circulating pump to hold a bath of water or oil at a stable set temperature and to feed that fluid to connected equipment.
The tank is made of SUS304 stainless steel with an electrostatic-sprayed finish for corrosion resistance. A large LCD controller handles temperature setting and supports a correction function referenced to 0.01°C resolution, giving consistent control across the operating range.
It suits chemistry, biology, and physics labs as well as quality-control and production settings that need a controlled hot or cold source for samples or for circulating to jacketed and distillation equipment.
The unit maintains a reservoir of water or oil at a chosen set point using its refrigeration system for cooling and integrated heating for warming. A silent circulating pump moves the bath fluid internally or out to external equipment such as a jacketed reactor, with the outlet line connecting to the equipment inlet. The LCD controller monitors and regulates temperature, with adjustable upper and lower limits.
