1 / 38The ZZKD GX-2010 is a 10L high-temperature circulating bath built for heating and recirculating thermal fluid to external equipment such as jacketed reactors and distillation setups. It operates over a range from room temperature up to 300°C, with a temperature resolution and stability of ±0.1°C.
The tabletop unit uses 304 stainless steel for the work surface and inner liner, formed from 1.2 mm plate for corrosion resistance and easier cleaning. An LCD display and intelligent PID control allow set-point adjustment and consistent temperature regulation.
It is intended for chemical and laboratory operators who need stable elevated-temperature control with an external circulation loop to a connected vessel.
A 2 kW heating element warms the fluid in the 10L tank under PID control, with a PT100 sensor providing feedback for ±0.1°C regulation. An external circulation pump delivers up to 13 L/min, carrying the temperature-controlled liquid to a connected jacket or vessel and returning it to the tank to maintain a uniform thermal field. Over-temperature protection cuts the load and triggers an alarm if the set limit is exceeded.
