1 / 14The ZZKD DZ-1BCⅡ is a 24-liter (0.9 cu ft) vacuum drying oven built for drying, baking, and heat treatment of heat-sensitive or oxidation-prone materials under reduced pressure. The stainless steel inner chamber measures 300 × 300 × 270 mm and holds two shelves with a 15 kg load rating per rack.
Heating is delivered from four sides of the chamber for even temperature conduction across an operating range of RT+10 to 250°C. A PID controller manages temperature to within ±1°C with 0.1°C resolution, and the unit can be backfilled with inert gas through its inflation port for processing reactive materials.
The oven suits laboratory, chemical, materials, and research settings where controlled low-pressure drying is required. It runs on 220V (110V optional) at a rated 0.8 kW.
A vacuum is drawn on the sealed chamber to lower the boiling point of moisture and solvents, allowing materials to dry at lower temperatures and with reduced oxidation. Heat is conducted through the four chamber walls to the shelves, and a pt100 sensor feeds a two-section PID controller that maintains the set point. The chamber can also be backfilled with inert gas through a 10 mm nozzle for accelerated drying of complex materials.
