1 / 12The BR T-Bright is a high-temperature muffle furnace built for sintering zirconia dental restorations such as crowns and bridges. It uses a lifting platform to load ceramic sintering trays into a Dia100×100 mm chamber, with capacity for up to three stacked trays.
Maximum temperature reaches 1700°C, with a continuous working temperature of 1600°C and a heating rate adjustable from 0 to 30°C per minute. Temperature accuracy is rated at ±1°C and uniformity at ±5°C, supported by a B-type thermocouple housed in a 99.7% purity alumina tube.
The furnace is aimed at dental laboratories and ceramics processing facilities that require repeatable high-temperature sintering. A touch-screen controller stores multiple programs with segmented profiles for staged heating cycles.
U-type MoSi2 heating elements raise the chamber to sintering temperature while the motorized platform lifts loaded trays into the heat-gathering zone. A B-type thermocouple feeds the controller, which regulates power across programmable segments to follow the set heating and dwell profile.
