The FS FD-30BE is a portable laboratory oven that combines drying and high-temperature sterilization in a single unit. It uses forced convection across a 30 L mirror stainless steel chamber, with an operating range of RT+10 to 300°C and temperature uniformity of ±2.5%.
The chamber holds up to six shelves on 35 mm spacing, with a rated load of 15 kg per rack. A standard high-temperature germicidal lamp supports instrument sterilization alongside routine drying tasks.
The oven suits laboratories, research institutes, and clinical or dental settings that need a compact unit for drying glassware and preparing or sterilizing instruments.
A horizontal dual air-duct system circulates heated air through the chamber for even temperature distribution. A two-section PID controller with a pt100 sensor regulates temperature to a 0.1°C resolution, and the 3.5 inch resistive touch screen lets operators preset up to four temperature profiles, select a mode, and run it with automatic start and stop. A 0–9999 minute timer with wait function handles timed cycles.
