ZZKD muffle furnace with a 100×100×100mm chamber, MoSi2 heating elements, and a working temperature of 1600°C.
This equipment is sold for lawful use only. Buyer is responsible for compliance with all applicable regulations.
This ZZKD muffle furnace is a high-temperature laboratory unit built for thermal processing and heat treatment. It uses MoSi2 heating elements and a 100×100×100mm (W×H×D) chamber, with a working temperature of 1600°C and a short-duration maximum of 1700°C (under two hours).
Temperature is monitored with a B-type thermocouple (Pt-Rh to Pt-Rh) housed in a 99.7% purity alumina tube, supporting a stated accuracy of ±1°C and uniformity of ±5°C. The adjustable heating rate ranges from 0 to 20°C per minute.
The furnace is intended for laboratory and processing environments that require controlled high-temperature operation, including drying and thermal treatment tasks.
MoSi2 heating elements raise the chamber to the set temperature, while a B-type thermocouple in an alumina tube provides feedback for closed-loop control. The heating rate can be set from 0 to 20°C per minute up to the working temperature.
