1 / 17The BR BR-12NT-40/300 is a horizontal vacuum tube furnace built around a high-purity quartz tube with a 40 mm diameter by 300 mm heating zone. It reaches a maximum temperature of 1200°C for short cycles, with a continuous working temperature of 1100°C, making it suitable for controlled-atmosphere and vacuum thermal processing.
Heating is provided by molybdenum-containing resistance wire rated at 3.0 kW and managed through a 51-segment programmable PID controller for repeatable heating, dwell, and cooling profiles. A K-type thermocouple supports temperature accuracy of ±1°C.
The furnace is intended for research labs, universities, and small-batch production work in fields such as ceramics, metallurgy, electronics, glass, chemistry, and materials development.
Samples are placed inside the sealed quartz tube, which can be evacuated or run under a controlled atmosphere. Molybdenum-containing resistance wire heats the chamber while a 51-segment PID controller, referenced to a K-type thermocouple, regulates heating rate, dwell time, and cooling according to the programmed profile.
