Model: BR-17AM-1
High-temperature lab furnace with a 100mm cube chamber, MoSi2 heating elements, and a 1700°C maximum rating for sintering and materials processing.
This equipment is sold for lawful use only. Buyer is responsible for compliance with all applicable regulations.
The BR BR-17AM-1 is a high-temperature laboratory furnace built around a 100mm × 100mm × 100mm (approximately 1 liter) chamber. It reaches a working temperature of 1600°C with a short-duration maximum of 1700°C (under 2 hours), supporting thermal processes that demand extreme heat.
Heating is provided by MoSi2 (molybdenum disilicide) elements, which operate reliably in the high-temperature range. Temperature is held to an accuracy of ±1°C, and the heating rate is adjustable from 0 to 20°C per minute.
The furnace supports operation under inert gas atmospheres such as nitrogen and argon and can run at a vacuum down to -0.1 MPa. It is intended for research and materials laboratories performing ceramic sintering, ashing, and advanced materials work.
MoSi2 heating elements raise the chamber to the set temperature, with controlled heating rates up to 20°C/min and ±1°C accuracy. The chamber can be operated under vacuum or backfilled with an inert gas such as nitrogen or argon to suit the process atmosphere.
