1 / 10The BR T-Crystal is a muffle furnace built for high-temperature sintering and firing of zirconia and ceramic workpieces. It reaches a maximum temperature of 1700°C for short cycles and supports a continuous working range of 800–1600°C, with a 100×100×100mm chamber that accepts stacked ceramic sintering trays.
A touch-screen controller stores up to 50 programs and 30 programmable segments, giving operators repeatable control over heating profiles and platform movement. Temperature accuracy is rated at ±1°C with ±5°C uniformity across the chamber.
The unit is intended for dental labs and ceramics processing where controlled high-temperature firing is required.
U-type MoSi2 heating elements raise the chamber temperature at a programmable rate of up to 20°C per minute. A B-type (Pt-Rh) thermocouple with a 99.7% alumina protection tube provides feedback to the controller, which executes stored multi-segment programs. The double-layer steel casing with dual cooling fans helps manage the exterior surface temperature during operation.
