The ZZKD T-Run-1200 is a programmable laboratory furnace built for heat treatment, sintering, and controlled-atmosphere processing. It operates across a working range of 0–1200°C and supports vacuum operation down to -98 kPa, allowing work with oxygen-sensitive materials and reactions.
The heating chamber measures Φ100×80 mm and is insulated with 1600-type high-purity alumina fiber, paired with imported A1 resistance wire heating elements. A programmable controller stores up to 100 heating programs and holds temperature accuracy of ±1°C.
With a 1.6 kW rated power and a 29 kg footprint, the unit suits materials labs and processing operations that require repeatable thermal profiles and adjustable ramp rates.
Resistance-wire heating elements raise the chamber temperature according to a stored program, while the controller regulates the cycle to within ±1°C. The chamber can be evacuated to -98 kPa, enabling vacuum or inert-atmosphere processing of oxygen-sensitive materials. Heating rates are adjustable from 0 to 140°C/min.
