1 / 13The MTST CJF series is a stainless steel high pressure reaction vessel built for stirred chemical reactions involving gas-liquid, liquid-liquid, liquid-solid, and three-phase mixtures. It is designed to hold materials under pressure, vacuum, and controlled temperature to support mass and heat transfer during reactions.
The reactor uses a magnetic coupling between the motor and agitator, replacing a dynamic shaft seal with a static seal arrangement. This sealed drive is intended for stirring volatile, toxic, or otherwise hazardous media without leakage at the stirring shaft.
Vessels are offered in 0.1L, 0.5L, 1L, 2L, and 5L capacities. The unit suits petrochemical, organic synthesis, polymerization, and general chemical process work in a laboratory setting.
A motor drives the internal agitator through a magnetic coupler, transferring torque without a penetrating shaft so the vessel remains statically sealed. Reaction contents are held under pressure while a bolted, liftable cover allows top or bottom discharge. Heating is applied via a coil arrangement, and an intelligent controller manages motor speed, temperature, and pressure with ±1 temperature accuracy.
