1 / 20The MTST TGYF-B-100 is a compact stirred high-pressure reactor that combines mechanical stirring, heating, and pressurized reaction in a single unit. The vessel is built from SS304 stainless steel and uses a static sealing structure intended to keep the medium and mixing components fully enclosed during operation.
The reactor is configured for micro-scale reaction work, with available volumes from 50 ml to 500 ml. It is equipped with a DC motor for stirring, a pressure gauge, an explosion-proof device, an intake valve, a sampling valve, and a temperature probe. An LCD shows stirring speed and temperature, with parameter entry through buttons.
This unit is suited to research and teaching environments such as colleges, environmental, biochemical, medical, and general chemical synthesis labs that need a small, sealed pressure vessel for stirred reactions.
Reactants are loaded into the SS304 vessel, which is sealed by tightening the main nut against a gasket or tapered/arc sealing surface. A magnetic heating mantle raises temperature under PID control, while the stirrer mixes the contents. The static seal isolates the medium from the drive, and pressure builds within the closed kettle up to the rated safety limit. The kettle and heater separate for cooling after the reaction completes.
