Swiben 2000ml stainless steel high pressure autoclave reactor rated to 22MPa and 200°C, with magnetic heating mantle for pressurized reactions.
This equipment is sold for lawful use only. Buyer is responsible for compliance with all applicable regulations.
The Swiben high pressure reactor is a 2000ml autoclave-style vessel built for pressurized chemistry and hydrothermal synthesis. The vessel is constructed from SS304, with reactor materials available in SS304 or SS316, and is rated for pressures from 0 to 22MPa at a design temperature of 200°C.
The 2L working volume suits pilot-scale batches, process scale-up, and catalyst development work. A static sealing structure maintains containment under pressure, while a magnetic heating mantle provides controlled heat input.
This reactor is intended for labs running pressurized reactions where elevated temperature and pressure are required for the chemistry.
Reactants are sealed inside the stainless steel vessel using a static sealing structure. The magnetic heating mantle delivers up to 2kW of heating to bring the contents to the working temperature, while the sealed vessel allows pressure to build up to the 22MPa rating. Agitation is provided at speeds up to 1800 r/min.
