Benchtop 250 mL stainless steel high-pressure reactor with Hastelloy wetted parts, mechanical stirring, PID heating, and a static sealing design for closed reactions.
This equipment is sold for lawful use only. Buyer is responsible for compliance with all applicable regulations.
This is a benchtop 250 mL high-pressure reactor (autoclave) that combines mechanical stirring, heating, and pressurized reaction in a single unit. Wetted components use Hastelloy alloy, and the body is built around a stainless steel high-pressure vessel.
The reactor uses a static sealing structure that keeps the medium and mixing components fully enclosed, which suits work with flammable, volatile, toxic, or otherwise sensitive chemical media. It is intended for gas-liquid, liquid-liquid, and liquid-solid reactions in research and teaching settings.
The integrated design is aimed at universities, environmental and biochemical labs, and general research groups that need a compact stirred pressure vessel for micro-scale reaction tests.
The main seal is formed by a gasket or matched tapered and arc sealing surfaces that are compressed by gradually and symmetrically tightening the main nut. A DC motor drives mechanical stirring inside the sealed vessel while an external heater raises temperature under PID control. Pressure is monitored on the gauge, and reactions are run with the vessel sealed and filled to no more than 80 percent capacity. After a run, the vessel is cooled to room temperature before the lid is opened.
