This FCF-series 5L stirred autoclave is a high pressure reactor designed for mixing and reacting chemical media under elevated pressure and temperature. It handles gas-liquid, liquid-liquid, liquid-solid, and gas-liquid-solid phase reactions, supporting mass and heat transfer in a sealed vessel.
The vessel body is constructed from SS-304/304L stainless steel, with valves and connections in SU316L. It is rated for working pressures up to 22 MPa and temperatures up to 350°C. The magnetic stirring drive uses a static sealing structure rather than a dynamic seal, keeping the media and stirring components enclosed during operation.
The FCF-5 model is suited to laboratory and pilot work in chemical, petroleum, organic synthesis, polymer, and food processing applications where sealed high-pressure stirring is required.
The agitator is coupled to the motor through a magnetic connection, so the drive transfers torque across a static seal instead of a rotating dynamic seal. This keeps the reaction media fully enclosed during stirring. A temperature-control heating device provides uniform heat transfer, and the vessel includes auxiliary heating or cooling along with automatic decompression protection.
