The ZZKD R-1010 is a rotary evaporator built around a 10L evaporating flask and a 5L receiving flask, suited to mid-scale solvent recovery work. It uses a vertical double condenser and a stainless steel water bath to support continuous distillation operations.
The unit features a brushless 250W rotary motor with digital frequency-conversion speed control across a 20–130 RPM range, plus an automatic lift with a 0–160 mm stroke. Stated evaporation rates are roughly 3.2 L/h for water and 6.5 L/h for alcohol.
This system is intended for processing labs that recover solvent in batch volumes and want adjustable rotation and bath temperature. It is commonly paired with a recirculating chiller and a vacuum pump to complete the setup.
The evaporating flask rotates within a heated stainless steel water bath while vacuum is applied, lowering the boiling point of the solvent. Vapor rises into the vertical double condenser, where it is cooled and collected in the 5L receiving flask, separating the solvent from the remaining material.
