1 / 13The ZZKD D-R-1050-1 is a 50L rotary evaporator built for solvent removal, concentration, and purification at production scale. It pairs a 50L rotating evaporation flask with a 20L receiving flask and a vertical double condenser to support continuous operation.
The unit uses a stainless steel water bath (φ550×320 mm) rated at 6000W of heating power, with reported evaporation rates of at least 9 L/h for water and at least 19 L/h for alcohol. A brushless 250W motor drives rotation from 20 to 110 RPM under digital frequency-conversion stepless speed control.
It is intended for laboratory and processing environments that need higher throughput than benchtop evaporators, including extraction and refinement workflows.
The heated rotating flask spreads a thin film of solvent across its inner wall, increasing the surface area available for evaporation. Vapor rises into the vertical double condenser, where it is cooled and collected in the receiving flask. Reduced-pressure operation allows distillation at lower temperatures, which helps with heat-sensitive materials.
