The ZZKD R-1050 is a large-capacity rotary evaporator built around a 50L evaporating flask and a 20L receiving flask. It is designed for high-volume solvent recovery in commercial processing environments running sustained daily operation.
The unit pairs a 6000W stainless steel water bath with a vertical double condenser and a brushless 250W rotary motor for stable rotation. Digital frequency-conversion speed control and automatic flask lifting support repeatable batch processing.
The R-1050 is intended for facilities that can provide properly sized chilling, vacuum, and three-phase electrical infrastructure. It runs on a 240V three-phase supply, with a 220V single-phase option.
The evaporating flask rotates within a heated stainless steel water bath under vacuum, increasing the surface area of the liquid and lowering the boiling point of the solvent. Vapor passes to the vertical double condenser, where it is cooled and collected in the 20L receiving flask. Quoted evaporation rates are at least 9L/h for water and at least 19L/h for alcohol.
