1 / 15The ZZKD N-1100-D is a laboratory rotary evaporator designed for the controlled removal of solvents from samples by evaporation under reduced pressure. It accepts a 1–2L rotary (evaporating) bottle and pairs with a 1L collecting bottle, making it suited to small-batch distillation and concentration work.
The unit integrates a heated water bath (φ260×140 mm, 7.4L), a water-cooled condenser, and a motorized lifting mechanism for raising and lowering the flask assembly. Rotary speed is adjustable from 10 to 180 rpm, and the heater bath operates from room temperature up to 100°C.
It is intended for chemistry and extraction labs that need a compact distillation setup and can be combined with a vacuum pump and recirculating chiller for a complete solvent-recovery configuration.
The sample flask rotates within a heated water bath while the system is held under vacuum, lowering the solvent's boiling point so it evaporates gently. Vapor travels to the water-cooled condenser, where it returns to liquid and collects in the receiving flask. PID-based temperature control regulates the bath, and the worm-and-gear motor drive maintains steady rotation.
