The Swiben GYY-100L is a heated bath circulator designed to supply temperature-controlled fluid to jacketed reactors and other lab equipment. It can run as a water bath across a range of room temperature to 99°C, or as an oil bath reaching up to 200°C when a suitable heat transfer fluid is used.
Tank volume is configurable from 5L to 100L, with heating power options spanning 2 kW to 8.4 kW depending on configuration. A built-in circulation pump moves the heat transfer fluid through connected equipment.
This unit is intended for extraction and processing labs that need elevated, circulated heating beyond the boiling point of water, such as high-temperature reactions and distillation heating.
The circulator heats a fluid medium in its tank and pumps it through an external jacket or coil. Water serves as the medium for temperatures up to 99°C, while an oil heat transfer fluid allows operation up to 200°C. A digital controller regulates the setpoint, and the integrated pump maintains flow to the connected equipment.
