1 / 9The MTST ZF-10L is a vacuum suction filtration device built for laboratory solid-liquid separation. It pairs a 304 stainless steel Buchner-style funnel with a reinforced high-borosilicate 3.3 (GG17) glass receiving flask, and is offered across 10L, 20L, 30L, and 50L volumes.
The funnel is laser-cut and welded for structural rigidity, with CNC-cut filter holes for consistent perforation placement. It is designed to be used with filter paper, filter cloth, or filter mesh to retain the target solid while solvent passes through under vacuum.
The frame rides on universal wheels with brakes for repositioning, and the receiving vessel sits with clearance above the floor. This unit suits labs collecting crystallized or precipitated solids and removing particulates from solutions.
A vacuum source draws solvent or solution through filter media seated in the funnel, retaining solids on the filter surface while liquid collects in the glass flask below. The composite PTFE seal supports an internal negative pressure of down to -0.098 MPa, which accelerates filtration relative to gravity methods.
