Model: EXS-100L
100L double-layer GG17 borosilicate glass reactor with explosion-proof stirring motor, jacketed temperature control, and PTFE bottom discharge valve.
This equipment is sold for lawful use only. Buyer is responsible for compliance with all applicable regulations.
The EXS-100L is a 100-liter double-layer (jacketed) glass reactor built for stirred reactions, refluxing, and distillation. The reaction vessel is made from GG-17 high borosilicate glass for chemical and thermal resistance, supported by a stainless steel frame with 304 stainless steel pipe fittings and mounted on braking universal casters for mobility.
The jacket carries a circulating heat-transfer fluid — hot oil or hot water for heated runs, or a refrigerant for low-temperature work — allowing reactions across a range of -80 to 250°C. Stirring is driven by an explosion-proof gear motor with electric stepless speed control from 0 to 450 rpm, and an anchor-type stainless steel stir bar sheathed in PTFE.
This configuration suits pilot-scale and small production work in fine chemical synthesis, bio-pharmaceutical processing, and new-materials development where controlled temperature, vacuum capability, and bottom discharge are needed.
Reaction medium is held in the inner glass vessel while a circulated heat-transfer fluid passes through the surrounding jacket to heat or cool the contents. Under constant temperature, the stirred reaction can run at normal or negative pressure, with reflux or distillation as required. On completion, solid or liquid material is drained through the PTFE bottom discharge valve.
