The MTST S-100L is a double-layer jacketed glass reactor offered in capacities from 10L to 100L. The vessel is constructed from GG17 high-borosilicate glass and mounted on a 304 stainless steel frame for stable support during stirred operations.
The jacketed design allows a circulating fluid from an external chiller or heater to control reaction temperature. The unit is configured as a stirred reactor and includes a glass discharge valve with PTFE sealing.
This reactor suits applications ranging from bench-scale R&D to larger-volume processing such as winterization and crystallization of extracts.
A temperature-control fluid circulates through the outer jacket surrounding the reaction vessel, transferring heat to or from the contents. An external chiller or heater sets the fluid temperature while the stirrer mixes the batch, supporting controlled reactions and processes like winterization and crystallization.
