1 / 18The MTST GF-20L/10L is a jacketed glass crystallization reactor that combines reaction and filtration in a single unit. It uses GG17 high borosilicate glass with a 20L material capacity, a 10L receiving flask, and a 5L heating jacket served by circulating water or oil.
The assembly is supported by a 304 stainless steel frame and sealed with PTFE, including a PTFE bottom valve for thorough discharge. An AC motor drives stirring at 0–400 r/min, and the reactor cover provides multiple ports for instrumentation and feed lines.
This configuration suits lab-scale workflows that require crystallization, concentration, distillation, reflux, and separation followed by filtration, such as biochemical refinement and CBD oil processing.
The reactor body is surrounded by a 5L jacket through which heated or cooled water or oil is circulated to control process temperature. Contents are mixed by an AC-motor stirrer adjustable from 0 to 400 r/min, and the unit can operate under vacuum. After reaction or crystallization, the integrated sand-core filter with a 5 μm bore separates solids, and product is collected in the 10L receiving flask.
