1 / 11The ZZKD GS-100L is a 100L double-layer (jacketed) glass reactor configured for solid-phase synthesis. The inner vessel holds the reaction medium while the surrounding jacket circulates a heating or cooling fluid, allowing reactions to run at controlled, constant temperatures. The kettle body is made from GG17 high-borosilicate glass for chemical resistance and clear observation of the process.
Unlike a standard jacketed reactor, this model includes a PTFE filtration plate at the base, letting the same vessel handle stirring, reaction, and vacuum filtration. The filtration assembly is joined to the kettle through a flange for disassembly, cleaning, and replacement. The unit is supported on a 304 stainless steel frame.
It is intended for organic synthesis, fine chemical, and laboratory-scale process work where combined reaction and solid-liquid separation is needed in one vessel.
Reaction fluid is stirred inside the sealed inner glass vessel while a separate cold or hot medium circulates through the surrounding jacket to set the process temperature. Reactions can be run at normal or negative pressure, with the vessel reaching a vacuum of about -0.098 MPa. After the reaction, the bottom PTFE sieve plate allows the liquid to be separated from solids using vacuum filtration, and material is removed through the bottom discharge valve.
