The system pairs a 100L reaction vessel with a 50L receiving flask and a 20L jacket. It is designed for processes such as crystallization, concentration, distillation, reflux, and separation, making it suitable for biochemical refinement and laboratory purification work.
The reactor accommodates vacuum-assisted stirred reactions and operation under negative pressure, and is intended for use in research, biological, and microbiological laboratory settings.
The jacket circulates heating or cooling fluid (water or oil) around the reaction vessel to control temperature, while an AC motor drives variable-speed stirring from 0 to 400 r/min. Reactions can be run under vacuum, with the unit reaching a vacuum degree of -0.098 MPa. Material passes through an integrated PTFE sand-core filter baseplate with a 5 μm pore size, allowing crystallization and filtration within the same apparatus.
