1 / 13The MTST F-3L is a 3L single-layer glass reactor built for stirred chemical reactions under controlled temperature. The reaction vessel is made of high-borosilicate 3.3 glass, and the support structure uses a 304 stainless steel frame for rigidity during operation.
The unit allows reactions to be run at normal pressure or under negative pressure, with the ability to reflux or distill the reaction solution. A PTFE bottom discharge valve uses a dead-space-free design to release liquid or solid material from below the vessel.
This reactor is suited to laboratories and pilot-scale work in fine chemical synthesis, bio-pharmaceutical research, and new-material development where a compact glass reaction setup is needed.
The sealed glass vessel holds the reaction mixture at a set constant temperature while a frequency-controlled motor drives the stirrer. Reactions can proceed under atmospheric or negative pressure, and the configuration supports reflux and distillation. Processed material is drained through the PTFE bottom discharge valve.
