The MTST S-50L is a 50-liter double-layer jacketed glass reactor built for production-scale processing such as winterization and crystallization. The vessel is constructed from GG17 high-borosilicate glass and mounted on a 304 stainless steel support frame.
Designed for substantial batch volumes, the unit features automatic operation with variable stirring and a bottom-mounted discharge valve for material transfer. It suits labs that process larger batches of crude extract.
The jacketed design allows a temperature-controlled fluid to circulate around the vessel, supporting heated or chilled processing depending on the connected circulator.
A double-layer (jacketed) wall surrounds the reaction vessel, allowing a heat-transfer fluid from an external circulator to control the contents' temperature. The motorized stirrer mixes the batch at adjustable speed, and the bottom PTFE discharge valve releases processed material from the base of the vessel.
