The MTST U-S-20L is a double-layer (jacketed) glass reactor with a 20L reaction kettle and an integrated ultrasonic processing system. It combines mechanical overhead stirring with a titanium-alloy ultrasonic head, allowing samples to be mixed and ultrasonically processed within the same vessel.

Stirring is driven by a 120W motor with a 12mm shaft and a speed range of 0 to 600 rpm (up to a maximum of 1300 rpm), with rated torque of 1200 g·cm. The ultrasonic unit operates at 20kHz ±5% with adjustable power and a built-in timer.

This unit suits laboratories and processing facilities that need combined stirring and ultrasonic treatment for chemical mixing, reactions, and sample preparation. The reactor capacity can be specified in 10L, 20L, 30L, 50L, and 100L configurations.

How It Works

The jacketed glass vessel allows a heat-transfer fluid to circulate around the reaction chamber for temperature management while the overhead motor turns the stirring shaft. The titanium-alloy ultrasonic head delivers high-frequency vibration into the liquid at 20kHz, with power adjustable across 16 levels and a programmable run time, supporting mixing and ultrasonic processing in a single operation.
